Celebrity Justice
Brandy Parties Under Wraps

Last December, she was involved in a car crash that left a woman dead, but Brandy isn't going to let that get in the way of her busy nightlife!

Cameras spied the "I Still Know What You Did Last Winter Summer" star heading into Les Deux in Hollywood last night, drawing some extra attention with herself by covering her head with a bright green scarf.

Brandy's been spotted out on the club scene more often lately, opting to ride shotgun each time.

1. It was an accident, people! Leave her alone.

2. It's not like she was out partying the night after the crash. It was a horrible accident - is she supposed to lay in bed in sweats crying and beating herself up for the rest of her life?

I'm sure she's probably still upset (notice you don't see her driving anymore) but she has to try and get on with her life at some point right?

3. Brandy should be in the Penn doing time!

4. she thinks that she will get the criminal charges reduced but that is doubtful. She was
on the phone at the time of the crash and therefore she will be hit with gross
vehicular manslaughter. can't blame her for getting in all the fun and diversion now
as she is faced with some very serious legal problems.

5. So nice of her to be having a great time while her victim is dead. This thing hasn't grieved for the life that she has taken not one dam day since it happened.

You're such a nice woman brandy.

7. Way to get positive PR you idiot. I'm sure she will be treated with "Celebrity Justice" LA style but still, at least PRETEND to be remorseful and stay home until after the DA announces whether or not there will be charges...geezz...

8. SHE KILLED A WOMAN, YOU IDIOTS. IS SHE SUPPOSED TO BE LET OFF THE HOOK BECAUSE SHE'S BLACK? YOU DAMN APOLOGISTS FOR THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR MAKES ME SICK!

9. Such a cruel depiction, TMZ, of this young woman's unfortunate experience last year....there were no drugs or alcohol involved! There's a time to pull the plug on some of the nonsense that surfaces on this site.

10. It was an accident people have them everyday. Its a shame that someone was killed but people die everyday and she didnt do it on purpose so I dont see what the big deal is. Is she suppose to stop living her life? She wont go to jail it was an accident. Lets move on.

13. It was a accident. She wasn't out partying, she was not under the influence of any kind of drugs or alcohol. It happened in the middle of the day, not late at night. Brandy stayed out of the public eye since it happened until recently. It could happen to any of you just as easily, yet you find it so easy to pass judgement! BROTHER HAROLD, WHEN DID ANY EVEN MENTION RACE BEING A FACTOR IN THIS CASE, IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN THE WOMEN SHE KILLED WAS OF INDIAN DECENT! As far as celebrity justice goes, seems like here lately celebrities are paying a more severe price then the rest of us do for the same crimes. Most people that are charged with a first offence of driving under suspension do not spend more than 2-3 day on average in jail if they serve any time at all. Prior to this Brandy didn't draw negative attention to herself the way a lot of other young celebrities have. She has to live with what she did for the rest of her life. I would not be suprised if she chose to never drive again. I'm disappointed TMZ would take such a sucker shot at Brandy.

14. I agree with Mary, #13. I have lots of love and respect for Brandy, and I'm sympathetic to her situation.

15. Let that get in the way? It's called trying to move on after six months, and since she's rifing shotgun, it looks like that has been DIFFICULT for her! Man, you guys really wanted to be a-holes on this post, didn't you?
