TMZ has obtained documents from the Britney/K-Fed hearing last Monday, where it was revealed the popwreck rakes in an average of $737,868 a month. K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, claims in a declaration filed last Monday that Britney "is clearly the 'monied party' in this case." Kaplan is asking Brit to front $50K for expenses in connection with the custody hearing, claiming his bill will be in excess of $40,000.
The documents reveal K-Fed is receiving $20K a month for spousal support but the payments end on November 15.
As we first reported last Monday, the documents reveal that the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is investigating Spears for allegedly neglecting her kids. The allegations -- poor dental hygiene, as well as poor eating and sleeping habits. The portions of the documents relating to DCFS have been totally redacted.
The heavily redacted docs include the names of the people who have been or are being subpoenaed in K-Fed's move to grab 70/30 custody -- Alli Sims, Promises Treatment Center, Dr. Betty Wyman (Brit's designated sober companion), Larry Rudolph (Spears' former manager), Daimon Shippen (former bodyguard), Shannon Funk (former assistant) and Christine Hallet (former nanny).
Wasn't it Kevin that had bad teeth when Britney met him? I remember when it was reported that Britney had paid to get his teeth fixed. So being he has a history of not taking care of his teeth why would it be blamed on Britney for the kids having bad teeth?
What the hell is wrong with Britney's lawyer that this certain issue hasn't been thrown back to Kevin as the negligent parent? They have the kids 50/50 Why is this flaw on Brit's time with them?

wow I have to say I am really scared for Britney , that so-called father of four is really useless all the way around, he needs to get a job and take care of his first two kids, and Let Lynn(gramma take care of the two boys he does not deserve anymore money the he gets now ! The 20,000 allowances running out says it all. He's out of cash so he's trying to get the kids to make her pay more money to him. It's funny they want Britney to pay his lawyers for taking her kids away. His lawyers is just in it to get Britney's big bucks. The judge should make K.fed broke @ss work off his debt to his own lawyers. They are harassing Britney's ex employee just in hopes that Britney would back down and settle instead of going to court.

All those people knew what they where getting into when they where hired. If their living paycheck to paycheck its their own fault that they are not smarter with their money. Oh, wow, Brit makes $737,868 a month, when you consider her expenses; cars, homes, private jet flights, etc. She really is not making that much money net. Like it or not we live in a society that has a constitutional right to the free pursuit of true freedom and happiness. I would think that Brit does have investments, that is did years ago. She may look she does not know what she doing with money but she knows that investments do work.
