Who picked the costume and the Dance number and who did her makeup? If this was all her then she deserves to be critized. If this was all MTV and there people then they need to step up and take half the blame.

Not necessarily. People are really coming down a little too hard on her. From what I read last night, her act with Criss Angel was scrapped by MTV at the last minute and they had to come up with this performance as a replacement.

Come on.............give the girl a break. She didn't perform brilliantly, but so what......... I think she definitely looked anxious and hesitant. Who knows what is truly going on with her........let's cut her some slack and give her a chance to get back - maybe not the way she was - but in some capacity. I don't think I could have handled that kind of scrutiny at her age.......and thank god no one was watching me when i was making all of my mistakes!!!

What the hell TMZ. Does anyone have compassion anymore. I was just a perezhilton, and decided I would not be going on thier website anymore because of what he said, now i come on this one and you are almost as mean. The poor girl was so nervous. I mean she knew that this was going to be the most talked about performance like ever and that combined with all the pap coverage probably just pushed her over the edge. I wish I could see just one website say that they hope she can push above this performance.
