Stephen Colletti might be heartbroken over his recent split with hottie girlfriend Hayden Panettiere, but that isn't stopping the former Laguna Beachian from partying it up!
Our cameras caught Colletti last night with his other ex and current "Hills" star, Lauren Conrad. The pair were in the Thirty Mile Zone and surrounded by paps and fans who were lucky enough to get autographs.
If his heart is breaking, what better place to find comfort than in the arms of a former lover? It's like an episode of a reality show or something.

These 2 have been friends since they were little (yes it's sad that I know that!). I'm sure it was just a night out, they didn't look clingy/romantic, but I would love to see them together if he was more serious about her this time. Hey and maybe now Stephen will have a cameo on The Hills :)
