Nick Carter was on the "Johnjay and Rich" show in Phoenix today -- and he did not have kind words for Jess' little sis, saying, "She looks plastic as hell ... she went to the factory and got a whole new face."

Ashley looks great but it's pretty disturbing how she doesnt look a thing like how she used to. I think she should have worked on her personality as much as her looks - remember the McDonalds video of her talking down to everyone??? I can see why Nick is freaked out - well she can kinda take it as a compliment he liked the real her better.
