Phoebe Shows Her Cupcakes

Sometime TV extra and event regular Phoebe Price celebrated her birthday yesterday at the Ivy -- the restaurant with the most paps per inch of sidewalk in L.A. -- and P.P. stood outside, striking more poses than there were flashes. Priceless!


The birthday girl exited the eatery holding up birthday cupcakes with her own baby photo embossed on the icing -- proving that when it comes to publicity, she makes the cake.
