TMZ has learned Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her kids. L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today, stating that Kevin Federline, the boys' father, "is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court."
Judge Gordon had ordered Spears to undergo random drug testing and take parenting classes. Sources say Federline's powerhouse lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan (left), raised the issue that Spears was driving without a valid California driver's license, something first reported by TMZ.
X17 is reporting that Spears took the kids to the drive-thru at Carl's Jr. at 12:02 this afternoon and surrendered the kids to K-Fed's bodyguard three minutes later.
A source connected with the case says Spears was not focusing on the judge's order last month, and she may not have attended the parenting classes or performed the required drug and alcohol testing.
how in the world did Brit ever be allowed to fly commercial without a Drivers Licsene? sure she has a passport....but she is so dumb doubt she could remember to bring that. so for the past years Brit has not been giving an ID to the airlines and TSA??? I feel so sad and sorry for her for loosing her children, Its sad to see this had to come to it, there is something definitely wrong with her to be going out partying after knowing what it has cost her, but she is a sad broken soul and she needs help she is a addict, and needs to overcome her addiction, I do think that she has been lost for quite some time now, If u go back to her even breaking up with Justin and then getting married for a few hours to getting involved with a taken man who is expecting a child with another woman, then to not wanting a prenup to getting married again all in the same year, then to having two children so soon she is a lonely person no matter how many people she has in her life, she is lonely she is constantly trying to find someone to love her for her and not for her money which is sad cuz she had that and screwed up, its just so sad to see what happened to her she was once a inspiration to all and now is a disappointment to many, I hope she will get the help that she needs and is on the road to recovery, maybe one day I again she will be that great pop princess we all loved her for and then again maybe she wouldn't, but whatever does come out i hope she will receive the care she needs and gets her children back, I will hope and pray for that lost soul of hers, I really dont wanna see her become the next Anna Nicole.
Well In all fairness to Chris comment 1711, I do believe that Britney and Only Britney ruined her life, she knew what was going to come out of this and continued down that path, Its sad she is lost and confused and broken but she still has mind of her own and she could have change her ways I do believe when your addict, You act in desperate ways, But still she knew and maybe this is what she needs to the road to recovery, dont get me wrong I am terribly sad en for her but then again maybe the children will be safe and she will get help she needs, and I do like her as a person I dont think she is a horrible for loosing her children, I dont even for the actions she has done, but just making a point if she goes to recovery and gets the help she needs, she is going need to realize it was by her actions and only hers that she lost her children, Nobody else's

oh please, it has been melting down to this for a long time. it is actually very hard to lose your children, i knew some really bad parents, and they still have their children. i worked with neglected and abused children. until i worked there, i couldnt believe how much they let people get away with before they removed the children from the home. and seriously, how much did she care? out smiling for the cameras and partying the same day!!! i hope her kids never read the media exposure or see the videos when they get older. how will that make them feel? the only people i feel bad for are those boys.

I'm very concerned about Britney Spears. She has been in the middle of a break down for some time now and everyone seems to have no concern for her. We all knew Kevin was wrong for her. She lost her husband, then her children. She has turned to drugs and alcohol due to her losses and depression. Everyone once loved to watch her perform, now everyone is having fun gossiping about her and making fun of her. What is wrong with you people??? She is surrounded by so much negativity that she cannot even prioritize. She needs support from her friends, family, and fans.!!! Her personal life should not be splashed around the way it is. Treat others the way you want to be treated! I care for her as a human being and I hope she will get thru this time of her life soon.
Well it should be that both parents should have to be drug tested 2 times a week NO MATTER WHAT.. And BOTH should have a parent helper from the courts.and last but not least,they Both need parent classes.People need to keep in mind it is the children that are hurting,and they are so young yet they should be put into a home untill this get all sorted out..Mother Father thing is something that is earned not given..once you bring children into this world the ME WORLD IS OVER !
