Judge to O.J.: Gimme Dat Watch!

10/2/2007 2:54 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

O.J. SimpsonA Los Angeles judge has ruled that the Juice must hand over a fancy Rolex to the Goldman family, after they saw him wearing it on TMZ. Time is up!

At a hearing today, the judge ruled Simpson must give the watch and other assets to satisfy a judgment that found him liable for the deaths of ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend, Ron Goldman.

The judge also ruled that any future royalties from a sports video game that features #32, as well as any of the Las Vegas loot found to be legally his, be given to Fred Goldman, father of Ron.

This is totally insane. Guilty or not he, or anyone else, is entitled to have certain possessions such as a watch. What next his shirt? If OJ, or his attorney wanted to play it smart they would simply "gift" the watch to a friend instead...and anything else of value he has, then the friend could "let him borrow it" back without any implications.
As for that particular Rolex...easy fix, someone close to OJ needs to buy an exact replica of that Rolex, hand it over instead of the real one- of course, claiming that it is the real one and that the real one is well...not a real Rolex (who knows it may not be). This is totally unethical of a judge to start stripping someone of personal effects. Property, expensive automobiles and money in a bank account, is one thing; this is another.

On a side note though, Asset hiding gurus, like Blake Estell say that, OJ's best bet is to move somewhere else...say out of the country to some nice Island area where he can own what he wants without fear of it being taken from him. The judge, on the other hand, needs to "chill out" with the overzealous behaviour and stop trying to be such tyrant, says Blake Estell.

I'm not an OJ fan, at all...I just don't agree with the legal system going this overboard with such orders. I do think though that if OJ, and his attorney, are really that forward thinking and intelligent they can find away around all of this with a little "gray area" and creative thinking on "where to put assets and personal property" and how to have access to "nice things" without them being legally his. But, hey, I guess the staff at E! News are just smarter than everybody else out there.

Cochran knew that ALL of that evidence was powerful..

So he played cards with the jury for 10 months, knowing they were suquestered the whole time. So it only took them a couple of hours, from ALL of those months of playing cards to think reasonable dought. Hec some of them showed up with there bags packed to go home already.

if i remember correctly, during the trial it came out that fred goldman hadn't spoke with his son for a few years, and ever since the killing every time i see that a-hole on tv he is crying and hasn't worked since, just talks on tv and wherever anyone will listen to him. i personally can't stand goldman. and another thing, how come the pix of o.j. in those special shoes didn't show up until the second trial (civil) that pix had to be in more than one pamphlet
and thru all those years none showed up but that one they showed at his civil,,,how come nobody came forward before with that pix??did they only print one and quit????
if fred goldman needs money why doesn't he go to work like most of us in the U.S.

Hey "whatever"-Goldman works at Nordstrom's, not Wal-Mart, and it's a bit hard to sell the soul of someone who has been dead for 14 years. Fred rocks, you suck.
"E-news dirt"- The civil jury found Simpson guilty and made an monetary award. For years Simpson has hidden funds in offshore accounts or in his children's names, most notably his daughter and partner in crime Arnell. Until he has satisfied the judgment he does not gdeserve to keep a Rolex watch, or is this luxury item now considered a life necessity and I didn't get the memo? He should have nothing, nadad, zero, zip, except the bare necessities. Rot in hell O.J.

Perhaps if you have a child brutally murdered someday you'll have a clue "Jen". O.J. is not a man, he is a brutal murdering bastard who will never be left alone.

On second thought, don't have kids. You're too stupid to reproduce.

I would keep the watch as a reminder of all of the time I have lost with my son at the hands of that man. THEN once he's paid-in-full, I'd donate it to the abused womens shelter.

Some of you DOPES just don't get it do you!!!! That piece of crap OJ killed two people and got away with it....some satisfaction is gained by taking things from him....OJ 's the one thats all about money or else he'd pay up and stop hiding it all.... OJ is worth NOTHING as a human being...he is IGNORANT...UGLY...and a waste of a life.... his kids and family must be so ashamed of him and as far as that girlfriend of his thats who needs to get a life while she still can....the years of being with OJ are taking its toll on her....
