TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan has checked out of Cirque Lodge, the residential rehab facility she has been in since August, but rehab is still very much a part of her life.
Sources connected to the actress tell us she has moved to a non-residential program to continue her treatment at the Utah facility, which will include drug testing and various meetings with professionals.
We're told Lindsay will be briefly returning to L.A. to undergo a medical and dental procedure. We're also told she'll leave to finish shooting scenes for the upcoming film, "Dare to Love Me," but will then go back to Utah to continue her recovery.

Better not let that crazy bitch out of your site, or else she will go MURDER someone when she downs a fifth and snorts and 1/4 pound! Hopefully they do her dental procedure without the aid of anesthesia, or else she will go completely psycho, and steal the homeless people's sorrow beer. We all know how she is.

IMO, this is a really dumb move and things are moving too fast. She should stay in the residential rehab facility It sounds like she has only been there for approximately three months. She should stay there a lot longer. I hope things go alright for her, but I think it is a huge mistake going back to L.A. for any length of time, unsupervised.

firecrotch has left the rehab building ? she'll b back again at least 2-3 more times then probably in her 30's realize what a screwed-up dumass she was, if she doesn't end up 'OD-ing then game over !!
