Dancer Auditions -- Brit a No-Show

Britney Spears didn't show up (again) for the dancer auditions for her upcoming music video, but other talent certainly did -- and lucky for you, TMZ was there to catch some of the greatest dancers since Ginger Rogers "did what Fred Astaire did -- only backwards."

TMZ was outside of Millennium Dance Complex in North Hollywood last night, where Spears was a no-show as she was too "busy" getting ready to get booked. The auditions were videotaped and will be sent to Britz herself -- no guarantee that she'll actually get around to watchin' 'em, y'all.

Here they are -- the good, the bad and the wannabes.

1. Those people are stupid to show up if she's not even going to. She probably won't show up for her own damn tour. She's such a looooooooooser. If she doesn't bother why should they.

7. At least the dancers might make it worth the price of the ticket to see her show.

8. Spurs,

it is not uncommon for an artists to not go to auditions. Anyone who is a trained dancer and/or auditions knows that, but I guess you guys as well as TMZ don't. Just anything to make the girl look bad. I'm not necessarily sticking up for her, but this post doesn't make sense. Most artists don't go to look at the talent until the ending and final cuts, so it actually wouldn't make sense for her to be there. I don't even think she claimed to be there this time around, but I think last week she did and missed it.

As a dancer, you dont' expect the artists to be there, just sayen...

9. Wouldn't a tour hurt her chances of regaining custody of her kids? Seems like that lifestyle would not be kid-friendly.

Wait, I forgot. She doesn't care.

15. Here is a question for the dancers who applied for the job with Nutbag aka Britney. Is it worth going through all the frustration and aggravation of putting up with a person who is not able to take care of herself to put on your resume that you were a backup dancer for Britney Spears?
I mean most people who hire you down the road are going to see this on your resume and the only thing a perspective employer will want to know is "what is the craziest thing you saw that douche bag do"?
