Secondly...someone asked why is she holding the cane in her right hand supporting her left leg. You are ALWAYS supposed to hold a cane in the OPPOSITE hand of the injured limb. Right leg injured, hold cane in left hand, and vice versa. If you held the cane on the same side as the injured limb, you'd be putting more pressure, weight, and strain ON the affected limb. By carrying it on the unaffected side, you are transferring the bulk of the weight to the uninjured extremity. So she IS holding the cane properly.

I don't think Heather is all to blame in the split with Paul! As for her leg - that's just sad. She is a strong woman and I admire her for her bravery! I have a friend that lost a leg because of domestic abuse - she'll never be the same! She or Heather didn't ask for this and I think you'd have to be a damn strong person to go on day after day!
