Orlando Veers Away from Crash Questions

Orlando Bloom was blindsided -- by TMZ photogs -- who couldn't pass up a chance to press the actor on his mysterious accident.

TMZ caught Orly coming out of Samy's Camera yesterday afternoon with a new friend who wanted to sell Bloom a BMW -- perhaps something to replace that Toyota Matrix?

Our photog started asking about the recent crash, saying, "How's your friend doing? Are you afraid of going to jail, think you're facing jail, man?" Orlando didn't even acknowledge the camera, hopped into his Audi and took off.

4. TMZ that is not cool. Your camera man is taunting him when the DA already ruled he would not be prosecuted for anything. TMZ is the one who reported that! You guys need to chill out a bit and show people some common decency. I understand you want to get your story and pictures but COME ON!

12. TMZ won't be happy until some pap has on-the-scene shots of Bloom's dying expression. Reuters reports four pap cars were following him. Two swerved into his path. A half dozen photogs/videos were on the corner. Sick. Sick. Sick.
