31. I don't think he has to talk about this to anybody. It's a private matter played out publicly only because he's a celebrity. This is between him, his family and his friends. He didn't hurt anybody but himself. He didn't endanger lives by having a DUI. He needs his privacy. When I watched the video I was very sad because he didn't have the spark in his eyes that he usually has. I wanted to give him a big hug and make the pain go away, but I can't. But I will say a prayer for him that he can bounce back. He's still very lost and isn't back with us just yet. He needs time and I hope he's allowed to take as much time as he needs to recover without the press dodging him for an interview. And heck if he wants to give an interview about what happened it needs to be on HIS OWN TIME not the time schedule of the public, the media or Hollywood.

33. That "interview" was a crock. Owen Wilson appears to be HEAVILY sedated. Owen is a talented person. If he would discuss what really happen it would be so much easy to get past. I know from experience.

Give up gluten - completely. This can cause depression. Don't bother with the tests since they're mostly unreliable - if you start to feel better - then you have a gluten problem.

Look into Pyroluria - a disorder where your body leeches out massive amounts of zinc/b6/b3 in the urine. You have alot of the symptoms such as:

- doesn't tan, frequently lighter skinned than other family members
- intolerance to stress and depression
- sensitive to sunlight - ever notice how you're always squinting?
- prevalent in alcoholics; they're self-medicating
- boys with it often have speech impairments
- can manifest as adhd-like symptoms - "my relationships have failed because of
my lack of focus"
- can become more of a loner as they age and become increasingly dependent on
one person/family member
- can't remember dreams - - do you have that one??

a urine test can diagnose it. Treatment is mega doses of zinc/b6/b3
