Rhys Meyers -- It's Happy Hour Somewhere!

Jonathan Rhys Meyers said last year he would never drink again. Twice in the last three days does not constitute "never."

Sporting a pair of unfortunate mUggs (man-Uggs), Meyers was seen at 10:00 AM today in London, holding a can of Strongbow Super -- an alcoholic cider that is 7.5% ABV (alcohol by volume -- regular beer is around 5%). Super indeed!

The "Match Point" star was busted Sunday morning after he allegedly got rowdy at Dublin Airport. He was charged with public drunkenness and breach of the peace.

6. I saw this guy on the Regis and Kelly show couple weeks back and he looked absolutely uncomfortable. Very awkward to the point where it looked uncomfortable for them to interview him... maybe he's going through some hard times. We ought to give people like this a break, in light of the fact that not one of us is perfect or has never done anything that we might be ashamed of if we had cameras following us around every day all day long. Anyone ever said that they wouldnt do something again and did? Or said they were going to definitely do something and didnt? Should we hold these stars in higher regard than ourselves???? Im done... just my opinion.

14. He is probably trying to keep withdrawals from coming on. That's what heavy drinkers do. They'll have a couple in the morning to "level themselves out for a while" so they can keep bad shakes from coming on. Ask any alcoholic. He'll need a couple more in several hours or it's shakes time again.
