Las Vegas Metro Police have confirmed to TMZ that 52-year-old Kevin Dubrow, lead singer for 80's metal band Quiet Riot, was found dead in his Las Vegas home.
We're told one of Dubrow's neighbors found the singer Sunday around 5:20 PM. The Clark County Coroner confirms to TMZ that they are currently examining Dubrow's body to try to determine the cause of death.
Fellow band member Frankie Banali posted this message on his website: "I can't even find words to say. Please respect my privacy as I mourn the passing and honor the memory of my dearest friend, Kevin DuBrow."
Quiet Riot was the first metal band to top the Billboard charts and are perhaps best known for their cover of "Cum on Feel the Noize"

if this would have happened 20 years ago he may have been considered a legend... now he will just be known as a wash up.
That's terrible - he's so young. This group certainly brings back some good high school memories.
RIP Kevin
Thank God! I couldn't stand that band.
I'm still hoping those jokers from Dire Straights & Twisted Sister die a painful death.
He wasn't my favorite, but I'm still a fan of the 80's metal and it's a shock. Will be interested to know what the cause of death was. Sadly, we former rockers are beginning to age, although 52 is certainly not old.
Q-How did Kevin DuBrow die?
A-He banged his head!
I'm going to hell. RIP Kevin

Oh my god. I just saw them perform a few weeks ago.
Glad I got the chance before it was too late.
R.I.P.

Y'know,Britney's Dad, it's bad form to thank God that someone's dead just because you didn't like their music. A real person i dead here, and I for one hope he rests in peace.
