Gary Dourdan (left) stars in the hit CBS show "CSI." Demitris Hirsch (right) was arrested yesterday in Lafayette, La. on charges of aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon.

14. WITH CSI PRODUCTION STOPPED BECAUSE OF THE WRITERS STRIKE THIS WAS BOUND TO HAPPEN. TMZ ALWAYS CATCHES GARY IN THE 30 MILE ZONE TRYING TO GET INTO CLUBS AND DRIVING HIS CAR OR MOTORCYCLE ERACTICLY. HE HAS A DRINKING PROBLEM.

NOW TOO MUCH TIME ON HIS HANDS WITH THE STRIKE AND A DRINKING PROBLEM HAS LANDED HIM IN JAIL. THIS GUY MAKES OVER A 100 GRAND AN EPISODE ON CSI. I KNOW HE CAN AFFORD REHAB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
