\Blake Lewis is one tatted-up fool -- but would he really get inked down there?
TMZ was with the "American Idol" runner-up as he went to Dr. TATTOFF to get some ink on his back faded out -- to make room for a new, larger tattoo. Blake joked about what tats he'd get on his junk -- and came up with some interesting ideas.
Our cameras followed him into the doctor's office and caught Blake doing some signature beat boxing and fielding a call from Jordin Sparks while he was being lasered. Take a look at Blake's cell though -- he has Jordin's name spelled wrong in his phone book!
Blake wasn't the only ex-reality star in the building though -- Sarah, who was the lucky winner of "The Bachelor" with Charlie O'Connell performs the treatments and the place is backed by "Dr. 90210's" Will Kirby, "Surreal Life's" Christopher Knight and "Big Brother" star Mike "Boogie" Malin.

How sad when no talent American Idol rejects are considered news worthy. The dumbing down of the world continues...
some people are interesting in what the idol contestants are up too..many shows are built on celebrity news..and this is fun news to see..I feel he is an upcoming new artist in the music industry..coming in 2nd is not a reject..a contest of thousands...many people would LOVe to come in second..can't wait to hear his new CD

Pretty sad to not hear anything about you for months and now you pop up talking about something so disgusting.
Um beaver he didn't get the whole tat taken off he had the outline taken off because he's getting a whole back tat and it needs to blend into the new art. And ppl have many reasons to get a tat removed, main reason is that dumbasses get drunk get tatted something stupid another is that ppl get a partners name and they regret it so they have it removed. Word to the wise be a hundred and ten percent sure you want something on your body forever before getting it done. Getting a tat removed hurts way worse than getting one done. Blake is adorable and talented. I wish him all the luck in the world.
For those who care to know, I think the nurse removing the tattoo was the one who won The Bachelor when Jerry O'Connell's brother was on. I think her name was, "Sarah." Talk about reality TV overdrive!
