That is Dwayne. You can see his Samoan tattoo on the left side of his chest. And also again there's no Gold's Gym in Sherman Oaks. Black & Samoan....

Also, Rock has more hair on his head. Plus, he is darker and larger. He played college football and this guy looks like a rugby or croquette player. Another point, Rock is half Samoan and Black that's why is soon to be divorce from wife's uppity Cuban family had a problem with Rock. But I sure he can find plenty of other families who would gleefully accept him.
