Just yesterday, Pam Anderson and amateur pornographer Rick Salomon said they were splitting, then TMZ learned just hours later that they had kissed and made up. And this afternoon, proving the unshakable solidity of their union, the pair were spotted leaving a romantic lunch at A Votre Sante in Brentwood. Here's to day 74 of Pamalomon!

Pam sported a fetching pair of Nike wrestling high-tops from the NASA collection -- but no wedding ring.
