46. She'll be a no-show. It's obvious that she is un-concerned with getting her kids back. Oh well. Some women aren't meant for mother-hood. They're just breeders. I hope the judge throws out the case instead of giving her still more chances to show that she doesn't care. Maybe K-Fed has actually grown some balls and has turned into a good dad.

47. First, at this point I don't think it's safe for her kids to be placed w/ her. She is not stable at this point. Second, I think the media needs to back off her. Hasn't anyone noticed that she's gotten worse and worse while the media has covered her more & more. BACK OFF! She needs help & she will never seek help if the media continues to do what they're doing. stop harrassing her because that's what everyone's doing!

49. I think everyone needs to just leave her alone. This situation is so far out of control because of the media. Yes, Britney has done some ridicious things in the past year and has put her kids in harm... but what about the thousands of other children in this world that are abused daily. They are in situations 1000x worse than her children and not one person has mentioned them. It's a shame Britney is famous, because if she wasn't we wouldn't be hearing about her case.

I don't think she will or should be given any type of custody but hopefully she will be able to atleast see them. If she would have taken help from Dri Phil it would have atleast shown a little bit of motivation to do the right thing on her side. (Even though it is Dr. Phil, atleast it's someone)

50. I HOPE BRIT WILL SHOW UP FOR THE JUDGE TOMRROW. IF SHE IS AT ALL INTERESTED IN RECOVERING HER CHIDREN.. THE JUDGE SHOULD NOT COWER TO HER, BUT MAKE HER UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE HAS TO DO. THEN IF SHE DOESN'T DO AS HE SAYS, THAT WILL DEFINETELY SHOW SHE DOESN'T WANT HER CHILDREN BACK WITH HER. 51. Of course Britney wants her children. What an ignorant comment. Because she doesn't understand and/or takes advantage of a legal system that is tormenting her does not mean she doesn't love her kids. If her kids were at home, she would be there too.

52. The judge should not rule against a mother to take away her children. This is not civil, humanistic or right. Brittainy has enough money to afford help to her choosing. I think the judicial system is severly wrong in this instance over her. K Fed is in their to only get her moneies....What is his claim to fame? 53. I am sure the kids miss her but being apart is the lessor of two evils. I wonder if she "wants" attention by suicide or whatever. That way she will probably get praise for being a victim or praise for her music again. I hope it does not go that far. Anna had all the pomp and flff at her funeral but she was still dead and still a stripper who married an elderly man for money. Well, hopefully she will want help and the kids will turn out happy.

60. California does NOT like to take kids away from either parent - it's really hard and I mean hard - I've had a case through the family system since '91 - they give the deadbeat parent a zillion chances to make good

All we know is what is in the press - tho it doesn't really leave much to the imagination - we still don't know everything - with the way she is acting, it looks like a false sense of security - almost like no one will take away the kids, it just doesn't happen, it really seems like she has a lot of people telling her, don't worry, just be yourself and all will be fine - when it isn't fine

Seriously does anyone think that someone has told her, 'your screwed, get your act together or you'll lose it all' - If anyone has said this than she would have probably cut them out of her life all together.

I would like the court to strip her of all parental rights, with contingencies - she has to go to a mental health professional APPOINTED by the court, she has to put so much money in a trust for the children with proof that it is in the childrens name, she has to continue to be drug tested as appointed by the court - and could be more but since I don't know all of the problems - give her 6 months of psychiatrict care before any visitation is reinstated

This will in turn protect the children and protect Britney - if something like this happens and she doesn't do what the court says, then we know what is important to her
