Caroline D'Amore was surrounded by booze-guzzling idiots last night -- and one of them was walking around without pants ... or panties!

TMZ caught the Hilton BFF leaving Katsuya last night, where she was immediately bombarded by a beer can wielding, rude as heck "douchebag," who called her ugly right to her face! Her ridiculously wasted friend wasn't doing too much help, but Caroline called the guy out on his crap.


A half-naked female was also spotted trailing behind the unlucky DJ as she walked down Hollywood Blvd. What a night!

4. EWWWW! How could anybody walk down any LA street barefooted?? Even the police and EMTS have been dealing with medication-resistant staph infections from all the gross spitters and droolers and honkers and general crud people leave on the streets.
