In typical Alba fashion, she did her best to shield her face from cameras after leaving an L.A. gym on Tuesday -- but there was no hiding Jess' growing fetal love handles.

10. TMZ - how can you refer to Jessica as FAT? Or even big?? Give the girl a break - she has one of the best bods in Hollywood and is probably pretty self-conscious about gaining weight. At least you took a shot of her leaving a workout! Shame on you TMZ. I think it's great to see her "baby bump".
