If you look at it closely and you know what to look for it has ripchords on the left side looking at it. Those are for his left hand to open the pack quickly and his right hand to retrieve the holstered handgun. I know you sundried californians just hate guns but you can still get a permit to carry in your state, even Diane feinstein had a permit to carry.
