Ever since "The O.C." was canceled, the glamour of Rachel Bilson's photo shoots has gone downhill!
The 26-year-old U.S. citizen was snapped while getting her passport photo taken at a Kinko's in Burbank on Thursday. When posing for a shot that's gonna last ten years, you'd think she'd want hair and makeup!

4. Yeah because what your hair and makeup looks like in your passport is oh so important. Well maybe in fake plastic hollywood it's important. Too bad the real world has more important things to worry about than if my hair looks good in a photo. You guys are so disgusting lately.
