Fork: She's been dealing with it since she was 17. Listen, I don't know her, I'm only guessing as to why she does these crazy things. I'm only saying why not back off a little bit--like they do with your local celebs--and see what happens? I'm willing to bet that TMZ will still make plenty of $$$ without her and maybe, just maybe, she won't feel 'obligated' to give them something to report. Everyone has their limits!

I couldn't agree with more #141... Yippee- she does what everyone else in the world would have done to begin with- NO CONGRATS here...does this child know she was going to court? I don't think showing off her shoulders would be impressive to a judge. To me it clearly shows she can not make a good decision as an adult if it slapped her in the face. Those boys need someone to care about them- not a mirror craving junky that is more concerned with her looks. I'm a good looking mother- knowing when to wear my sexy, form fitting clothing, and when to dress more appropriately for the surroundings is part of the mother job. She loses again in my book!
