Can you lose calories flexing your mouth muscles? TMZ caught up with Titan from "American Gladiators" yesterday, and what was on his mind -- of course, Britney.


So is the dude taking roids? The "American Gladiator" behemoth (and former Mr. Universe) answers it squarely tonight on TMZ TV!

11. I've known him since he was 15 and he was already well on his way to his bodybuilding dreams. His accomplishments speak for themselves. Yes he is hot, has been since school. I'm glad to say that I am a friend and now fan of "Titan"!
