Lil Wayne Arrested -- Again!

TMZ has learned that rapper Lil Wayne has been popped by cops for drugs ... again!

Law enforcement officials tell us Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter Jr., was arrested near Yuma, Arizona last night on three felony counts: possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cops tell TMZ that the Drug Enforcement Agency was involved in the arrest -- which means it's a big deal! We're told Lil Wayne's tour bus went through a US Border Patrol checkpoint when the narcotics were allegedly found, that's when the DEA was called in.

Wayne is currently in the custody of the Yuma County Sheriff's Department, where he'll be held pending his arraignment at 9:00 AM PT.

Wayne was arrested in Idaho last year for felony possession of drugs.

51. I really hope all the drugs won't hurt Wayne's music; for awhile there he really had it, but now it's taking forever for him to finish records, he's always walking around drunk. I don't think he could ever again pull the sort of hot rhymes he pulled on Dedication 1 and 2. Carter 3, out mid Feb, sounds like it's going to be just a bunch of over-produced schlop. Timbaland, Kayne! Ha! Who want s to hear their dancefloor pop variaty of rap? Wayne, pull it together bro, bring back those fresh metaphors and slant rhymes and all that stuff you do for real. Get off the steroids too, dude, and stop trying to be too gangster; just bust that lean ole style of yours fast and original-like. You are a real hope for rap; in your best lyrics no-old four chorus dumb-ole rocker (Fallout Boy, Coldplay, any rocker!) could compare to your poetics. Give rap something to be proud of by being more than most every other rapper. Freeze Wheezy!!!

52. I also get a little put-off by the racist wannabe comedians who are quick to post anti-black rubbish whenever someone of color is in the news. However, to say you're "glad" Heath Ledger is dead is as ignorant and asinine as anything they post. The worst part is, you're not hurting them because anyone ignorant enough to post anonymous racist drivel on the Internet probably doesn't care about ANYBODY, least of all Heath Ledger. The man left behind a little girl and it's a tragedy regardless of his color. Glad all blacks don't feel as cold and unsympathetic due to the acts of others.

59. #13 and #31, Teardrop tattoos do not only mean that the person rocking them have killed someone. My ex-husband has a teardrop in memory of his grandmother who passed away. Please get the facts before you post ignorant statements on the internet.
