My Ex Is Dead, Now Pay Up, Suckers!

Christian BrandoIn a case of extremely bad (or at least distasteful) timing, the ex-wife of recently deceased Christian Brando is suing Christian's lawyers, alleging they hosed her out of money.

In a suit filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, Deborah Brando says she discovered in December 2007 that executors of the Marlon Brando Living Trust had altered it by forging Marlon's signature and that they intentionally tried to deceive her and screwed her out of property.

Deborah Brando is suing for fraud and deceit, conspiracy and professional negligence. She's asking for an unspecified amount.

Lawyers for the will's executors couldn't be immediately reached for comment.

6. What a gold digger. No respect for anyone. First she tried to cash in on the Elvis Estate and now you want to steal some money from the deceased ex. Please allow this family to mourn. You need to go back to your little corner with your art supplies and make some nice little pictures and be a good little girl. GET A LIFE AND A REAL JOB , stop trying to live off of someone else.

Wow---all the posts that pointed out they had someone else's picture posted got deleted right when they finally put up the right picture.
Too bad they couldn't find a recent photo--recent photos DO exist.
There were at least 4 or 5 posts pointing out that they posted a pic of Nic Cage's brother.......now they've been removed.

TMZ is reporting this as "exclusive," but this new lawsuit (which is actually an extension of a lawsuit from 2005) was reported last night by several other sites, and even appeared on Yahoo News and MSN BEFORE it appeared on TMZ.
Also, TMZ has some facts wrong, which shouldn't surprise anyone. The supposed forgery was already alleged by Deborah Brando in a previous claim over the same thing. It wasn't "discovered" in December.
TMZ is getting two lawsuits confused. In 2005 she alleged the forgery in the original lawsuit---this new one is because of how Christian Brando's death affects the original lawsuit.
TMZ, you guys are idiots. The only thing "exclusive" about this report on TMZ is that it doesn't have the facts straight.

15. I think she should have full access to the court system, regardless of when someone else dies. The only thing distasteful is that lawyers are involved. Lawyers are always behind anything truly distasteful.
