Jamie's Lawyer Denies "Hostile Takeover"

Jamie SpearsAttorney Jeryll Cohen, who reps Jamie, submitted a declaration to the conservatorship commissioner, claiming Brit's divorce lawyers got it all wrong when they assumed Jamie was a control freak.

In the declaration, Cohen says Ron Rale, a high-powered lawyer at Trope and Trope, "accused Mr. Spears of attempting 'nothing more than a hostile takeover of our client for improper purposes.'"

Cohen says Jamie was looking "for the least ugly way to save this young woman's life, bring her back to her babies, and keep her safe from predators."

7. Now that Britney's parents exposed what many people have been saying about Sam Lufti all along, now we will begin to see his true colors.

I was wondering why Britney was going through so many lawyers. It was probably Sam getting them and Britney just following along.

11. Her father is an ex drunk who sat on the side lines for a year as she did her melt down. Now that it is easier to steal her money because of how sick she is he tries to pass himself off as a good guy. He is no better than Lufti. Her mother has been pimping her kids for a long time and could less if they face humiliation world wide so long as she gets paid. They both should be under a restraining order at least as severe as the one on Lufti
