Man..you can tell she's been pigging out on the donuts. She looks like Kirstie Alley. She was big before she got pregnant so she'll probably be fat like this after the babies are born. JLo has always looked overweight. Thank God she didn't marry Ben Affleck and ruin his life. He must have been doped up when he was dating (screwing) her.

To Erin: just stating the facts. not a racist at all. I actually believe for the number of people we have in this country, whites, blacks, hispanics and asians get along pretty well. Sure you'll always have a few in each group that hates the other group, but, in general, I think we get along pretty well. I don't usually care about her, but seeing her like this makes my back hurt in sympathy. My first reaction to the pix was "Poor thing!" Her face looks distorted, she's retaining alot of water, she must be MISERABLE and dying to get those babies out. I know some women enjoy pregnancy, but not me - pregnancy SUCKS, and though it was worth it to have my two beautiful daughters, you couldn't pay me $enough$ to do it again. I give her lots of credit for hauling herself off the couch to be in public, though I know she gotta payz teh billz somehow.

Can't believe she's wearing those shoes!!! I wouldn't have squeezed my toes into those past my first trimester of twin pregnancy. Her knees, hips, and ankles are screaming for mercy right now, let me tell you.

No doubt, she'll be glad when it's over. Anyone that hasn't experienced it, can't imagine the discomfort, in the last couple of mons., especially with twins! My heart goes out to her.

1. She's pregnant not fat, so you can stop with the OMG she's huge, or I just threw up in my mouth comments. Grow up, what are you 12 years old. She's carrying twins and looks beautiful. I hope none of you are every pregnant and have children only to raise them with your ignorance.
2. What does being Muslim have anything to do with this. Sling your racist BS somewhere else.
I wore heels up until my 8th month of pregnancy. I never once stumbled, slipped, or fell, but I also wear 3 inch heels on a daily basis. I guess I was used to it, I don't see what the big deal is.

wow I couldn't wear those shoes and stand upright for 30 sec, even in a nonpregnant state. those shoes are almost fetish-y. it's a free country but jeez why would you choose to wear those in advanced pregnancy?
