Anna Nicole Smith's 18-month-old daughter Dannielynn has been declared the sole heir to the former Playmate's estate.
Smith's attorney and companion Howard K. Stern had sought to clarify Smith's final wishes as her will was written in 2001 -- five years before the little girl was born.
In addition, the judge also established a trust in Dannielynn's name, and named Stern and the child's father Larry Birkhead as co-trustees.
The toddler could stand to inherit millions from the fortune of her mother's late husband, billionaire J. Howard Marshall, which is still tied up in a heated court battle.

Ray martino gave him 2 valiums before he left to board the plane cause he was very scared of going down to bahamas and daniel never did take the valium as he never had any in his system according to Toxicologist testing. The pills that ford shelley saw fall out of daniels pockets when stern was searching them are the valiums.
I would like to know where exactly did you find the official reports on the misuse of valium ??? I have personally only read of one source for that information and that was none other then art harris and i take his reporting as almost as credible as what comes from howard k sterns own mouth.....lol !!

Fine.......the misuse of valium was reported by Art Harris and the AP and the Bahamian papers picked up on it. I don't have DWS's medical records and I doubt that you do either. They are Private! NO ONE will see them...unless you can post them here for all to read.
NOW....where is your official report that the 2 pills were VALIUM? Who whispered in your ear and told you they were valium?
Do you really believe what Ray supposedly said? Did Ray say it? Or did someone else report that?

The toxocoligist didn't find valium in DWS's system...I understand that! However, valium does leave the system within a few days to a couple of weeks. Yes, I know it wasn't in his system.

It's news to me if Jerry Brown has anything to say about HKS being guilty or not. I thought the investiguation was about doctors who over prescribe. So far, from what we've heard at the inquest, it reafirms what the police and the medical examiners have found, accidental overdose. The rest of the inquest will just prove it.

Howard said "No way would Daniel kill himself!" soooo that only leaves Howard killing Daniel!!! Jerry Brown didn't say that Howard was not being investigated! The drugs were in Howard's name that killed Anna! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO like I said IT'S NOT OVER YET!!! You must be Howard's sister or his mother to be defending him this way or being paid!

There is NO evidence that suggests Daniel had a history of drug abuse, any previous overdoses, required hospitalization for drugs or any stints in rehab, etc.

E! seems to be trying to clear up any rumors that it's newest show Pop Fiction wasn't an original idea from professional pranker Ashton Kutcher, but that it was in fact stolen from, none other than, Anna Nicole Smith.
It's been reported that over three years ago, Anna Nicole and her crew, including Howard K. Stern, pitched the show to E! and even registered the idea with the Writer's Guild. E! ultimately decided the show wouldn't work.
Cut to Pop Fictions's premiere this past Sunday. The show's concept, which uses celebs to make up fake news items to see if the media will run them, is almost identical to the one that Anna Nicole came up with. Today E! released a statement to OK! maintaining that the show is all original to Ashton.
They said, "Pop Fiction is a program independently created and developed by Ashton Kutcher's company, Katalyst. Pop Fiction is not based on any idea or concept that may have been pitched to E! by any other party."

Don't mean to get in the middle of your little debate, but there is a link from an interview where someone made the comment that Daniel got good grades and it wasn't Anna. I'm trying to find it to post. It was posted on one of the recent threads. Anyone have it?
