They didn't talk about David Hernandez's naked past on "American Idol" last night -- but listen closely to this clip, that sly Simon Cowell still got in a little jab at David off-camera!
After his rendition of "All Coming Back to Me Now," Simon can be heard telling the other judges to "say I liked the way you stripped it down." Burn!
Somehow the news about David's stripperific past wasn't included in his "most embarrassing moments" package.
16. david should be taken off the show american idol is for our kids to have a dream and someone to look up to. not a stage for male gay strippers that lap dance for other men . why arent people screened more for the show.

22. I love Simon! Not only do I think he's hot but he tells it like it is. Haha...I wish he had said that a little louder during the show...that would have been hilarious.
I thought David did an awesome job singing last week. My mom said that he was her favorite, but now every time I see him I think of him doing a lap dance for another guy...SO not hot. Oh, well...I have other favorites.
Danny is getting on my nerves. His attitude is annoying and I cannot STAND girly guys. Not because they are gay or anything...I don't like metro guys too or polished guys, so that also cuts out the manufactured ex-Star Search kid. The Artega or whatever his name is kid.
I'm with iorta. Where are the REAL men!!! (The bartender...can't remember his name, but he's a rocker...is my favorite...he's a real man, and seems cool).

23. Simon is an immature coward. He does have a ridiculous haircut. He acts like he knows something about voices. Well, his alien headed girlfriend has the most irritating voice. Without him there is no way a person with a terribly raspy voice would ever get a job in broadcasting. She's a beard.

25. So what if he stripped -- for men or women?! As we get older and travel the world a little more (I'm 56 & well-traveled), we realize these things are not really all that important (and for all the "holier than thou" types out there, I do love God and He loves me right back! This kid has an awesome talent...as did Freddy Mercury, as does Elton John. How many of us haven't done SOMETHING (not necessarily of a sexual nature) in our lives that we would prefer to keep hidden? Like 100 percent of us. So why don't we ease up on the kid, admire his pipes, and say, "Wow! And he can DANCE, too?! Also, Simon is from England and has been all over the world...whatever he may have said as an aside to the other judges, he is too worldly to be shocked or offended by the idea of nudity, homosexuality, or the idiocy of the public's idea of talent (we did, at one time, believe Britney Spears' innocent little girl act and made her a BIG STAR, remember?) So let's focus on real talent...and this kid is loaded with it!
