Hated "Survivor" contestant Jonny Fairplay left the latest "favorites" season so he could spend time with his baby-mam and daughter -- so what the hell is he doing out at a karaoke bar in L.A.? He doesn't even live here!
Well, it goes like this -- Fairplay has been in town doing his deposition for that nasty fight with Danny Bonaduce back in October, burning off steam at L.A. bars while his "Top Model" girlfriend chills at home with their daughter Piper.
He showed TMZ a pic of her last night and she's surprisingly cute.

Fairplay deserved to get tossed over Danny's shoulder. He's a douche, and a judge already threw out the charges against Bonaduce, stating it was self defense because it was an unwanted touching of Bonaduce. He just doesnt' want to have a real job again.
