Although David Hernandez wasnât his best Beatles night, it is far less worse than a few. Seems like American Idol producer and judges couldnât get past the protest of conservative public if he gets on the top 10 âTour.â Too bad people based their judgment too much off of the morality. If you watched the TMZ interview clip with Simon, you would know Simon already said right after the performance show that David H. will get the boot. Performance nightâs too harsh feedback by all three judges supports this. TOTALLY DISGUSTING MANEUVERING by the producer and the judges. David H., I only wish you the best in your future!

David Hernandez didn't wow me....his moments were over done, and the voice is mediocre. And Simon was right; this show is not a popularity contest...

Thank God! America voted David off! These sleazy people with sleazy backgrounds, Im gay ,Im not, Im gay, Im not, he is as queer as a three dollar bill, I've seen him with his tounge down guys throats twice his age and getting plenty of money stuffed in his g string or the crack of his ass to make it worth his time. He is an average singer who is good looking and has a nice body and he is using it for all its worth,,, all style and no substance, I would never buy anything he put out.
Idol needs to start doing background checks on the people they are letting on the show, who wants some man whore as the American Idol, we sure have lowered the standards since season 1. The show is really getting old and starting to suck.

pecklesnooch: I don't think he was voted off for being too feminine, I think he was voted off because, even though he had basically been outed and he looked totally gay, he couldn't just be out on the show. He could have turned it into an event that they, for the first time, had an openly gay guy as a finalist on AI. Instead, he tried to pose as straight on the show even when it was totally obvious that he was gay. Also, it's ironic that you criticize them for having a double standard when you obviously have one when it comes to sexual orientation.
I think he had a hard time connecting with people because it seemed like he couldn't really just be himself, and he also came across as arrogant.
He does have a very nice body, though.
Chris: Believe it or not the gay thing wasn't a big deal to me. I actually preferred the more feminine Danny Noriega. At least he was honest. Danny was also pretty funny and made some wiity comments that made him more endearing. Hernandez was just to much a phony and arrogant. The sissy . posing faces he made, just made it more annoying brecause he was pretending to be something else but his inner girl just came out. You can be homosexual and still act like the sex you were born. In Danny' Norieaga's case that was nearly impossible, but at leadt he seemed sweet and was fun.
