Court to Brit Wannabe: Your Claim's Bogus!

TMZ has obtained paperwork from the California Court of Appeals throwing out a claim challenging Britney's conservatorship.

Attorney Jon Eardley filed the challenge last month claiming the conservatorship violated Britney's rights. That claim was rejected. Today the Court of Appeal ruled the whole thing was bogus, not even waiting for the conservators to file a response.

6. So this was the big bomb they were going to drop? Looks like the court knows a loser when they see one.

But it would be fun to see it removed so Brit can continue again with doing what she does best- running around like a lunatic and making a world class idiot of herself! If there was an award for stupidity, she would have swept those award shows multiple times and would be in the hall of fame for a 'Lifetime Inachievement Award'!

9. Jon Eardley sounds as idiotic as K-Fed and Kaplan. Glad that silliness was thrown out of Court. Now, if only K-Fed and Kaplan were thrown out of Court for trying to steal all of Britney's money. Wish someone would find out how much K-Fed is paying Shar for her 4 illegit kids (with Britney's money, of course) to keep Shar's mouth shut.

10. britney is toast.....the minute the conversatorship ends, she will go right back to what she was doing before dad took over.
she is just playing along and pretending to be cured to get daddys control over soon rather than later.

13. You morons who are always hammering Britney are forgetting she is mentally ill. K-Dud, Kaplan, and the others are all taking advantage of her illness to get her money. They are probably the ones constantly posting all the lies about Britney. Except for her father, everyone else connected with Britney are gold digging imbeciles !!!!

14. It is about time!!! What a FRUITCAKE!!! He deserves to be laughed out of court. I hope he never sees one penny from his attempt to exploit Britney. Of course, unless it is taking it from Sam Lufti who stole the money in the first place than it doesn't matter as they both can burn together for it.

Posted at 3:48PM on Mar 24th 2008 by Oh YES!!!

15. TMZ--you are lost now that Brit is doing OK. Guess the laugh is on you all.!!!! Maybe when Parker is back.....what a skeezeball. Glad BB voted him off!!!!! Now back to the streets Parker.
