2. Yeah, it's sick, but I kept having this image of the 'veelchair' skimming backwards down a hill as A-Hole gets him some pap smacking on!

3. I'm not a huge fan of arnhaldt, as I hardly know who he is, but beating up a pap that's in your face is self defense. This case is a sham. What a waste of tax payers money.

7. Though this Freddy von Anhalt's outrageous sort of behavior is often outlandish and humorously odd when he has a paparazzi audience, he does appear to be taking very good care of Zsa Zsa. I think whatever points he loses for being outlandish and odd is far outweighed by his care of Zsa Zsa and the concern he has for his incapacitated wife and I think TMZ should give the BS a rest in their bias favoring the photog. The real "A-Hole" in this incident is the photog and TMZ's bias favoring the photog makes TMZ an even more offensive A-Hole!

9. Prince Von Anhalt knew he could get away with pushing the photographer.

Yes, Zsa Zsa Gabor was probably in discomfort when the flash bulb was blinding her, and Prince Von Anhalt came to her rescue, by taking it out on the only victim smaller than he was.

If Prince Von Anhalt was being cussed out in German by the photographer, after the first push, then the photographer is guilty of Anhalt's actions after that.

The first conferation with the photographer may have been right, if Zsa, Zsa felt threaded, and confused from the invasive flash of photographs in her moment of trying to get up the stairs.

Verdict = Not guilty, because they are both equally culpable in this incident.

The photographer should have put his camera down, and offered to help Anhalt get Zsa, Zsa up the stairs.

11. If that video was it, then no one got their 'ass kicked'. It was charging, with directional pushing. No one got clocked, and if that video was it, then it would be impossible for anyone to get hurt. Well, hurt pride, maybe. I smell suing for dollars, in my humble opinion.
