8. He may have a helmet, but he is still breaking the law. Most communities have laws against riding a bicycle on a sidewalk in business areas. Of course, this doesn't seem to apply to the bicycle cops.

10. Russell obviously enjoys riding bikes and it's great exercise. He wasn't riding on the sidewalk , his bike was being held there and when he got on it, he went out into the street as he should. Geez... give a guy a break.
In any case, it's wonderful to see he's found a way to outrun the fat, disgusting out of shape papz... maybe other stars will adopt his method to make getaways when the leaches start harassing and chasing them.
