Amy Winehouse was released from prison this morning and given a formal caution after an incident in which she allegedly headbutted a guy outside a London bar.
She wasn't charged in the incident -- but across the pond, a caution means the incident will stay on her record and could be counted against her if she is ever charged with anything like this in the future. What are the odds that will happen?

Her abilities as a singer? They are ok. She has some talent but not as souped up as the media makes it out to be. To be honest when she sang Back in Black at one of the award shows I couldn't even understand a word she sang. It was all slurred together and sounded pretty bad. There are tons of soul singers that have 10x the voice she does and less of the drama baggage.

#5 -- Amy's singing ability (and songwriting talents) are more than okay. She's AWESOME! I keep praying that she'll win her battles and go on to live a good healthy life. She is one of the most interesting, amazing singers to come along in YEARS! I wish her the best always!
