According to the court papers filed at LA's Superior Court this afternoon, the Chow-lings claim the big bosses have pilfered their tips, shortchanged them on OT and wouldn't even let them chow down during lunch.

So check this out. The help claims Chow kept the ship tighter than a shrimp dumpling -- docking them every time they screwed up. Looks like Chow is the ultimate micro-manager, and we're not just talking height. Cue rim shot.

5. Why should the servers get any money at all? Mr. Chow should get all the money.
The servers should work there for free just for the privilege of seeing famous
Hollywood stars. The people who work in the kitchen should work for 1/2 price and
on their breaks they could look out the kitchen windows at the stars.

11. What I don't understand is that if they were treated so badly, why did they stay? I would never continue working at a place like that. There are a million places to work at in Los Angeles. Maybe not as hip, but more decent in every way.

14. What I don't understand is why this place is even a hot spot. The food isn't even that great. Celebs complain that they get mobbed by the paps outside but they already know that before going there. That's like staying overnight with Michael Jackson and complaining about the molestation.
