5. Are you kidding me?! They ARE NOT REAL! Did no one notice what they looked like in her first two music videos?? They were tiny! Then, right around her second CD came out... or when"Dirty" came out I think it was, they were HUGE and obviously fake. Trust me.... I have some. Now they are just Ginormous b/c of the baby

7. Her boobs are definitely not real. she had a boob job a while back to help boost her flat chestedness. what you are seeing now is a result of a boob job, plus just recently giving birth.

10. Please real!! I don’t thinks so. Why don’t you guy at TMZ investigate. Call a plastic surgeon and find out if that is even possible. I’ve known plenty of women that have had babies and none have had boobs this big, outside of the first couple days.. Boobs don’t change that much
