6. Yeah right an APB looking for a guy who drove without a liscence. How many hundreds of others today in that Court Building also had warrants issued for them...no cop or sheriff is looking for any of them unless its for murder, or made the papers. 12. #10 is dead right. All you have to do is go to any L.A. court house. A suspended liscense?! They could really care less. I live in Cali, and if the law or DMV can't find or protect people from "hit and run drivers... even when you give them a description and plate number"... maaaaan, don't get me started.
