Robert Smith (left), lead singer of '80s goth/new wave band The Cure, at a concert in San Jose on Wednesday -- and Bette Davis (right) in the classic 1962 film "What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?"
Only one of them is dead.
We're just sayin'!

And yes, I know the song is from The Smiths. But it's all the same retrospectively anyway.
Actually, the makeup isn't all that similar. Look closer and you'll see that Betty Davis isn't wearing anywhere near as much eyeshadow. It's just the bags under her eyes that make them look similar.

love ya Robert Smith, even South Park knows what's up. "Disintegration is the best album ever"
Robert Smith would consider that a complement!
Thanks for the nice comparison
Are we suppose to swoon over this mess? Be real!! ICK!! What is the point he is wanting to get across to us?? If someone is such a great musician or singer, then why the Frankenstein make-up? Seems to me that if you can really sing, you dont need the gimmick, but that your music could sell itself.
FUGLY!! ONLY WHITE PEOPLE WOULD THINK THIS IS CUTE.
HELLO THIS IS 2008 MEN DONT WEAR MAKEUP ANYMORE UNLESS THEIR.....? WELL YOU KNOW
