Drew Barrymore was out holding a guy's hand last night -- but that guy ain't Justin Long.

Don't go printing her a scarlet letter just yet. We're told the dude is her BFF ex-assistant who now works for Drew's production company, Flower Films.

I'm surprised more people don't say stuff about Drew! This girl ALWAYS has a boyfriend! Has she ever been single? And the boyfriends usually don't last that long and keep switching!
