Graziano Fam: You're Not the Victim, Hulk!

6/17/2008 10:57 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

In the ongoing battle between the Hogans and the Grazianos to appear more sympathetic, the Graziano family has scored a knockout blow with some actual reality television.

Last night, Nancy Grace aired exclusive home video of John Graziano -- the victim in all this, lest we forget -- and what it's like for him in his day-to-day life.

Prison doesn't seem so bad now, does it Nick?

Both families make me sick. Niether is willing to admit that thier son is in anyway at fault for this accident! Im so sick of hearing about poor John... Well Poor adult John knew better to get into a car with a teenage driver and proceed to encourage the teenage driver to race another car down a public road! Poor Adult John Knew also knew that when you engage in dangerous behavior such as getting into a car teenagers car with the intent to race that he should put on his seat belt! Poor John reaped what he sowed. He encouraged a minor to engaged in dangerous behavior because it was thrilling and exciting with no reguard for the safety of the minor child or himself. Those are the facts! The cold hard facts that John's family chooses to ignore when they play John up as a victim and Nick as evil. Well Hello if Nick had been the one hurt John would have been prosecuted for his unlawful behavior even though he wasnt driving. And I garantee you that the Hogan family wouldnt be nearly as rotten as John's family has been. They have a right to be bitter. They trusted John with thier son and look how that worked out.
As for the Hogans... thier first mistake was to allow Nick and john to associate. Thier next mistake was to hire a crappy lawyer who allowed thier son to end up in jail let alone solitary confinement punished as an adult. Solitary confinement is a punishment used on hardened criminals to get them to behave in jail. not a punishment for a teenage boy that made a serious mistake in judgment. the accident was planned it was just that an accident. They do happen. nick was hoever smarter than the adult encouraging him to do the race because he was bright enough to put on his seat belt first. The Hogans should not have to worry about the police hoever selling tapes of thier conversations. Celebrities have been jailed before and transcripts have not been allowed to the public. Someone needs to be fired over this. It has to be illegal.

Give me a break, the victim is not so innocent in this scenario. John was the one that was an adult. He was old enough to know better to not get in a car with a drunk kid, without a seatbelt on. They BOTH enjoyed racing cars, you really think John wasn't egging him on to go faster??? Don't be so naive.

And lets not forget that this kid is in jail for a total ACCIDENT, while R. Kelly is running free to have sex and pee on more little kids. Disgusting.

Star, you have it right. More than anything it's about how the Hogan's have handled all of this. They are a sad and sorry bunch who seem to learn nothing. They need to put on their big girl panties and own up to what a miserable, irresponsible family they are.

Both families SUCK.
Nick is just a 17 year kid who made a mistake when he was 16, he can't help the situation he was born into.
Lay off Nick and let the so-called "adults" work it out.

the seatbelt keeps being brought up because had he been wearing it, he'd be less responsible for his position.

Not wearing a seatbelt, getting in the car with a known dangerous driver who was drinking, and drinking right along with the minor are contributing factors to where he is.

You have to look at this logically, not with your hate for the Hogan family for whatever you hate them for.

Nick was underage... John was an adult nearing his mid-twenties. Why was a veteren of war hanging out with a spoiled little rich kid if it wasn't for the money?

Hogan is paying the family $5,000 a MONTH without a cut off time. He is paying for one of the brother's college tuition, and he bought the mom a brand new car.

He's standing behind his son, which is something all of you big talkers would do if it were your kid. You can say all you want that you wouldn't, but evidence has proven time and again the biggest talkers are the biggest criers when it comes to asking for the courts to go easy on their kids.

Stupid perpetual children like Nick are a menace to society.. it was only a matter of time before someone would be hurt or killed..

Three tickets for exessive speed on a restricted license he had only had for one year!!

And he was rightfully charged with Felony Reckless Endangerment resulting in serious bodily injury of another..

They should have added Illegal Street Racing and Operating a Vehilce Under the Influence.. he was over the legal limit for being 18.. there should have been zero alcohol in his system since he was NOT 21!!

Cannot wait for the idiot to get out jail and break the conditions of his parole!! Back to the slammer as an adult.. repeat offender. It is a GIVEN with his level of personal responsibilty.

I think people keep forgetting that John got into that car willingly and was a willing participant in the drag race that took place. He also willingly rode in the car without a seat belt. My heart goes out to him and his family, but his injuries do not erase his accountability for HIS actions that day. Nick's side of the car sustained the heaviest damage, but because of the seat belt, he was not thrown from the car, thus his injuries were less severe. All this leads one to believe, John's injuries would have not been so severe had he had a seat belt on. I am sure if Nick and John could do it all over again, their choices would have been different, but unfortunately, there are no do-overs here.

I pray for both families that they may find peace. Nick knows what his and John's actions resulted in that day and will live with that FOREVER. One just doesn't get over something like this and the lose of their best friend.

LOOK TO THE MAGGOT WHO TALKED ABOUT NICK BEING THE VICTUMC AUSE HE IS A MINOR . WHEN YOU GET RUN OVER BY A HUMMER I WILL LAUGH AT YOU AND SHOW NO SYMPAHTY CAUSE THE DRIVER IS A MINOR AND IT WAS AN ACCIDENT HAHAHHAHA.
FOR THE VET TO BE RUN OVER BY HULKAMANIA, THE HULKS SHOOULD HAVE SETTLED INSTEAD OF TRYING TO WIN IN THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPIONION.
HULK WILL LOSE IN CIVIL COURT BUT THEY WILL MAKE SO MUCH MONEY ON REALITY SHOWS WHEN THE HEARTTHROB NICK GETS OUT OF JAIL THAT THE CIVIL PENALTIES WILL BE A DROP IN BUCKET.
THINK ABOUT DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER AND HIS UGLY WIFE, A&E RESTARTED THE SHOW DESPITE DOG BEING A HOMO SO HULK & NICK WILL DEFINITLY MAKE THEIR MILLIONS IN A NEW SHOW DESPITE THEM BEING MURDERERS OF VIENTNAM VETERANS

The Hogan family is a disgrace. They are selfish individuals with bad careers that need to profit from others. I think us the comsumers can prevent this family from having anymore privledges by boycotting anything that is produced by them. This family proofs that white trash even exists in people with money. Whats that saying...you can take the girl out of the trailer but you can not take the trailer out of her? Something like that...

It's so sad to see someone that has actually contributed to this country as a soldier to end up like this. Who knows if he will ever see the light of day or be what he used to be but my prayer goes out to him and his family. I think there is even military laws that protect him. If he was still an enlisted man technically he is still property of the government and pretty much this hogan kid damaged government property. (i don't know how much this is true maybe someone in the military can correct me) It sounds horrible to refer to him as property but there has to be a way for the Hogan family to pay for what they have caused. Their celebrity status shouldn't be a factor in this to treat them like regular people and have the full law fall upon them.

Questor... Heartthrob Nick??? Not even close... The judge should make a ruling that he cannot make any money off of the accident and including any reality shows. I think if he does make one it should be boycotted and I hope the Grazianos fight it
