10. dude, stop running stories on this guy, its not news. We all know by now that NO ONE IN CALIFORNIA EVER GOES TO JAIL FOR DUI OR DRUG POSESSION! I mean seriously?? even killing your wife doesn't get you landed in jail in cali?? wtf do you have to do in Cali to get arrested and charged with a crime? Video tape yourself smoking crack, then driving wildly on the sidewalk killing hundreds along the way, only to wind up at a liquor store with a gun and a ski mask high on crack, demanding that the clerk gives you all the money in the register, and his name and address so you can mail him a tape of the video that is currently being filmed? even that would only get you like 10 min probation. I swear you have to beat a grandma to death infront of a group of 6 year old children and then take the lifeless body to a church, and gut it at the alter and then wallow in the innards. Actually i think that will only get you a 3 day stay and the Brittany Spears Mental ward for spoild talentelss fatties.
