And Brolin Makes Three

Josh Brolin got physical with Robin Wright-Penn in a touchy-feely way and her on-again husband Sean Penn in a pushy-shovey way outside of a Santa Monica bar over the weekend.

The wobbly and profanity-screaming Brolin is not the ideal third for the Wright-Penn duo; he was arrested last weekend over an alleged bar fight in Shreveport.

ARe the Penns still both smoking? Sean loses his brother to heart disease, yet still smokes. Sure hope they all had designated drivers for the evening---and who was the hunched over guy following them, he looked like a depraved Richard Lewis.

Weirdness at play I guess...I guess when you're the son of Marcus Welby's assistant and have a step mom of Babs, you'd be confused too.

Brolin could do time in LA...and I dont mean Los Angeles....That LA doesnt fool around.
