Josh Brolin got physical with Robin Wright-Penn in a touchy-feely way and her on-again husband Sean Penn in a pushy-shovey way outside of a Santa Monica bar over the weekend.
The wobbly and profanity-screaming Brolin is not the ideal third for the Wright-Penn duo; he was arrested last weekend over an alleged bar fight in Shreveport.

12. Sean appears to be trying once again to help others in downward spirals, nice try but don't expect anything out of it. Sorry Josh, you could have had it all but are too busy throwing away what you've already got, namely a beautiful wife and a couple of kids who will never forget these antics and poor behavior. Hey, you'll always have Daddy to pick up the pieces and it seems that Big Brolin will forever be saddled with his son's problems at this rate.
