Jail to Nick Hogan: You're a Big Boy Now

This is one time when happy and birthday don't go together.

Nick Bollea celebrated his 18th birthday today by being transferred into Pinellas County Jail's Central Division -- where he will reside in the direct supervision housing section which hold around 70 adults and one correctional officer. Hulk told us Nick was a "janitor."

We're told Hulk Hogan, Linda Hogan, Bubba the Love Sponge and bunch of Nick's friends sang "happy birthday" to him over a video monitor. After that, they were allowed to visit him two at a time. His sister Brooke was not there.

If he's lucky he'll be calling Daddy to whine because somebody snores. That's the BEST scenario.

I say it is time to leave this kid alone and let him live with the consequences of his actions. Had he not been in the public eye, things might have been different for this family. Bless John and everyone involved in this messed up situation, but they were just kids...

If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. And I guess the 70 to 1 ratio is evened out by the really big gun the 1 must carry. All of the Hogans should be locked up and the key thrown away. Just goes to show that money can buy everything but class.

You people, I swear. Why do you always try to villainize Nick Hogan? You act like he intentionally crashed his car for the purpose of hurting John Graziano. It was an accident. People street race all the time. While it's definitely not his fault, John Graziano knew what he was getting into. He was in a car he knew was designed for street racing. He could have buckled his seat belt or gotten out of the car before the actual race started. Obviously, he made some poor decisions that contributed to his condition. It was irresponsible of Nick Hogan to allow him to be in the car while racing, but it was not entirely Nick's fault.

Mike, you're an ass for saying that Nick isn't responsible for John's condition. Obviously a JUDGE found him guilty and that is why he is behind bars, where he belongs. He broke several laws, in case you forgot. First of all, he had been consuming alcohol, which isn't even legal for someone of his young age. Secondly, speeding is illegal, as is drag racing on public streets. At least Nick has a life left . John's life as he knew it is over. If I were Nick's parents, I wouldn't even go to the jail to wish him a happy birthday. Also, doesn't Linda have a restraining order out against Hulk Hogan? I'm shocked that they were at the same place at the same time, since Linda is afraid for her life!!!!!!!?? At least now when Nick does something illegal and stupid his dumb parents won't get sued.

Thanks Mike, mature people are able to look at both sides of a situation and have compassion. Nick is doing the time that the Judge handed him, anyone who wants to bitch about it should take it up with the courts. I do despise Terry and Linda though, get it together you have no time to lose it!!
