The court hearing has ended and Britney Spears is still officially under the control of daddy Jamie.
The court has extended the conservatorship through December 31. There's a status hearing on October 28, just in time for Halloween! The commissioner is leaving the option open to end the conservatorship early.

She isn't getting better...she is making money...which is all her pa wants. If he wanted her to get better and get the kids back he would have sent her to rehab or at least got her out of la instead of calling in rudolph and trying to release a record by xmas.

The only chance she had of getting those kids back was to go to rehab or get the conservatorship lifted...you are living in la la land if you think she will get them back in the future...the kids have been with kfed full time for a long time now, and courts do not take kids away from the primary carer without good reason...there is no way the court's will allow those children's lives to be upset again by putting them in a new home, when they are now accustomed to living with their father. KFed would have to mess up very bad for that to happen.
You people fall for anything the Spears parents try to spin you.

12. Team Brtieny knew what they were doing giving SlimeFed what he thought he wanted. This was to get Britney 50/50 custody in the future which she WILL get, and to stop SlimeFed outrageously expensive court battles. Smart move. Britney is doing great! Best wishes to Britney Spears!!!

13. Number 8, you are full of it!!! Britney is in no shape to get her kids back at this point. You are fooling yourself if you think otherwise. It just may be that those kids are where they really should be. Not dissing Brit, but get a grip! Apparently you don't have any knowledge of mental illness and how long it can take to get better. What the courts, and Brits parents are doing and the kids being with K-Fed, is the best thing.

Of course she isn't...she needed serious help, not a record deal. If they'd been less selfish and tried not to milk her so much, they would have sent her to rehab and she'd probably have her kids back by now.
