Josh Flagg, the star of "Million Dollar Listing," who preys on dead friends to get listings, will not be prosecuted for allegedly stealing Picasso and Chagall paintings from his clients.
Law enforcement sources tell us the Los Angeles County District Attorney has rejected the felony grand theft case against Flagg on grounds of insufficient evidence. Cops busted Flagg for allegedly stealing wildly expensive paintings from the estates he was handling.

7. Who would be dumb enough to steal a Chagal or Picasso?! It's not as if he could turn around and sell them, they're all registered and the owners are listed. If he really DID steal them than he is an even bigger idiot than he seems. Oh, and Josh, here is a hint for guys trying to look older. There is a big difference between having a little bit of an "unshaven" look and looking like a member of ZZ top....clean it up coke whore.

15. This guy is a total douche! After the first episode of Million Dollar Listing aired, an International company-wide email was sent to all consultants for Keller Williams stating it was forbidden to be seen on any kind of show. The embarrassment this kind of media brings to the Real Estate Industry is significant. Shelter is one of the most basic needs of any human being. Whether it be in Malibu or an impoverished community, an agent must be acting solely with the benefit of their client in mind. Every action the agent takes or suggests must be for the benefit of their client. It is more than evident that Josh Flagg only thinks of his status and his commission in all his doings. Most of the agents seen on shows like this come off as vapid, stupid, greedy, and selfish...and by far Josh Flagg is the worst. He obviously does not have the education, brains, ethics, moral compass, maturity, sensitivity, social skills, or aptitude to act on his clients' behalf. Anyone stupid or unfortunate enough to hire this trash to represent them deserves all they get, and it will most likely be at a high cost. They didn't get him this time and it will only empower him to continue believing he can do whatever he wants without consequence. But then again, just because the bus is late doesn't maan it's never coming. Karma's a bigger bitch than Josh Flagg and she will have her day.
