TMZ Drinks the "Shawn Johnson" Haterade

You know I think the meanest part of this is that she is just a kid. If she was an adult I would say fair game. Isn't being a teenager hard enough?? Imagine going to school (she goes to a regular school) and having everyone laughing at this. I am 36 years old now and I can imagine how awful that would be.

I agree that if an ADULT 'wants' to be a celebrity it comes with a hefty price tag, but she is a kid and does not deserve this at all. I know TMZ will not take it down though because they feed of the misery and scandals of others.

The only thing that should make any of you feel better is that Shawn Johnson seems to be incredibly mature for her age and hopefully she can see this article for what it is, pathetic and hold her head up high through it.

The statement "we will eat the crow you forced down our throats" is not an apology. Instead it's a statement on the defensive - making it seem like the 700 + readers are at fault attacking you.

A person of better character would be able to compose a better written post admitting an error.
